Dodoma Regional High Court suspended a case filed by the candidate of choice Chama cha Mapinduzi (CCM) victory against Jonathan Njau Singida East MP Tundu Lisu (CHADEMA).

Dodoma Regional High Court suspended a case filed by the candidate of choice Chama cha Mapinduzi (CCM) victory against Jonathan Njau Singida East MP Tundu Lisu (CHADEMA).

In its basic demands, Njau was opposed and want to vote recount.

That advice was before Judge Berkel Sehel where parliamentary candidate through CCM Revolutionary Party failed to Jonathan Njau on the state elections in 2010 and 2015.

Presented Njau request demanding the trial court dissolved since it has no need to proceed with the case.

Initially complainant served magistrate double application request for forgiveness for legal costs amounting to 15 million but those requests were thrown

Lisu  said the Supreme Court in 2010 that the case proceeded to the election is not for the impatient without any attention.
