Citizen in the region who from the age of 18 and older employed in the
formal and informal sectors have been advised to join the social
security fund of PSPF to get mbalibali social services.
Speaking to Karagwe FORUM officer in charge of fund PSPF KAGERA region
CHRISTIAN Mwaipopo has said that this is an optional package applies to
all citizens who are willing to subscribe to this package of social
protection
.Mwaipopo said that due to the PSPF establish a voluntary fund for all
citizens wishing to join from 2011 despite the benefits they get from
