Ilembo resident of a suburb of the small town of Vwawa Mbozi District
in Mbeya, Patrick Moses (19) has been sentenced to serve a sentence of
five years in prison after being convicted of theft of a goat-worth Shs
85,000.
The verdict issued yesterday by the Court of First Vwawa city, Mbozi district where the judge of the Tribunal, must Mwaijage said he gave the sentence pursuant to section 268 Cap.

Before the verdict, the accused who has since previously admitted committing the offense, the penalty requested commutation saying he expected and his family.
