House of Councillors in the district Misenyi lamashauri requested
Misenyi council in partnership with central government ending
development projects not completed in the financial year 2015/2016.
If you submit their reports on the implementation of development
projects in their wards before the chairman of the committee during the
APR-JUN these councilors have said that despite the start of the new
fiscal year kunaviporo still many development projects that were not
enforced.
Large-scale projects which focused on the budget and implemented by a
large percentage projects include the rehabilitation of roads connecting

infrastructure, especially in the homes of teachers, schools and health

roads in the county council Missenyi chairman of the committee PROJESTUS
TEGAMAISHO said that all roads allocated budget through CBJ fund did
not incur financial package of road.
TEGAMAISHO said that due to non-implementation leftovers important in

Some
of the other challenges mentioned by councilors in their wards is
shortage of staff particularly village executive officers shortage of
medicines in health facilities shortage of science teachers and shortage
of houses for teachers and classrooms.
