Stakeholders
in services delivery from Tanzania and other African countries are meeting
today in Dar es Salaam to ponder on Tanzania's future in delivering impactful
services to the people-especially the poor.
The
Vice President, Human Development from World Bank said Tanzania's service
delivery indicators are well aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals
adopted in September Last year.
"Establishing
a robust services delivery system is a daunting task for most countries but
reports such as this(we are launching) on services delivery) will help Tanzania
make informed decisions in providing better services in health and
education" he said.
The
Deputy Permanent Secretary-President's Office Regional Administration and local
government since Jan 2016, is among the panelists, together with senior
economists from TZ and researchers on health and education.
